The USB4000 spectrometers are optic UV-VIS-NIR detection systems for low light level applications. These spectrometers accept light energy through single-strand optical fibers, and disperse it on a fixed grating across the CCD array. Available spectral ranges are: for colorimetry 200-850nm, and 350-1000nm, and for fluorescence 350-1000 nm.
The PMT-FL is a highly sensitive photomultiplier system for ultra low fluorescence, chemiluminescence, or bioluminescence measurements. The PMT-FL is available with an internal 1 cm flow through cell and internal excitation lamp, or with an SMA-terminated fiber optic cable for use with an external lamp and external flow cell. Emission and excitation filters are easily exchangeable.
